We offer a comprehensive array of home staging services for the Tampa Bay area. Whether it’s a condo, a family-oriented house, or a new investment property, owner occupied or vacant homes, we can help maximize its appeal to a broad audience and improve your ability to attract good offers, quickly.

We will work with you and your budget and focus on meeting your needs. Our services can range from simple de-cluttering and cleaning recommendations to creating an attractive and inviting atmosphere throughout the entire home and garden.

Home staging is perfect for vacant properties, adding life and interest to an otherwise stark space and helping buyers to better realize the full potential. Remember, 90% of buyers CANNOT see or imagine a space different from how you present it for sale – so you want to make sure that what they see is a home they can move right into.

So, you are an interested homeowner, how do you get started?

We have two options for you to choose from:
 

RESTYLE STAGING CONSULTATION

The consultation is a 1˝ hour comprehensive review of the home. We begin outside addressing curb appeal and move through each room of the house to determine what needs to be addressed to prepare the home for sale. Suggestions may include paint choices, flooring recommendations, furniture & accessory placement as well as de-cluttering and organizing recommendations. At the end of the consultation, you will be provided with a General Staging Tips booklet, Organization Tips worksheet and Showing Instructions Checklist. Within 24-48 hours you will be provided with an email copy of the recommendations from the consultation. At this point, you can then decide how much further we can help you or if you prefer, you can address the items on the list yourself. We will take photos.

This service is usually selected for owner-occupied property. We will do our best to use your existing furnishings and accessories to maximize the budget, however, we do have an extensive props library should you require additional items to properly highlight the home’s strengths.

$200 – For the Consultation
Estimates are available for additional staging services.


QUICK PEEK STAGING PROPOSAL

We begin with a quick visit to the property to evaluate what is needed to stage the home. We will take photos, measurements and do a quick sketch of the floor plan.

We will then provide a price quote for staging the home based on your budget requirements. A safe way to estimate how much you may want to spend is to take $.50 - $1.00 per square foot as the range of how much it will cost for staging and rental fees.

Just remember, we will work with your budget, our whole goal is to help you cost effectively stage the property for sale.

I have excellent resources for furniture rental, and have an extensive accessories library that we can select the perfect choices for the property.

Once you accept the proposal, then we will schedule the staging services.

This service is usually selected for vacant properties. If paint, flooring or décor recommendations are requested – than an associated fee does apply.
