ONE DAY MAKEOVER
Creating the perfect home environment for you can be achieved. Redesign services can transform your home, in just a few hours, using furnishings and accessories you already own. Usually, clients have the objects and furniture that is needed for an inviting room, they are just challenged by furniture and accessory placement, not to mention the time it takes to pull it all together. In a very short time, we can assess the needs of your home, provide a fresh perspective and the expertise needed to give your home a “finished” look that’s beautiful, inviting, interesting and polished. And most of all – a home that is reflective of YOU!
We start with a phone consultation where we will complete a homeowner questionnaire, discuss the scope of the project, determine how the space is currently used, understand your design preferences and color schemes, document “must-have’s” for the room(s) and identify any challenges. We will also talk about what rooms we may borrow furnishings and accessories from and any ‘stash’ of artwork and/or accessories you may have in the garage and how you can prepare for the big day! Finally, we will schedule the redesign!
REDESIGN FEES
• ½ Day Redesign - $450 (typically covers combo rooms – like living /dining area)
• Full Day Redesign - $800 (typically covers two or three rooms)
• Additional Hours - $100 per Hour

COLOR & STYLE
CONSULTATIONS
Are your walls plain white because you just don’t know what to paint, so it’s safer to stay with white? Don’t worry, that’s very common and one of the best ‘day-spa’ treatments for your home you can treat yourself to is color and style consulting. We can look at your existing furnishings and accessories, discuss your color likes and dislikes, understand how you use the room and how you want to feel in it, and then help you narrow down a large paint deck in no time flat. I also help couples that have differing color opinions come to one color that makes both of them happy. During your style consultation, besides color, we will look at your rooms and provide ideas/suggestions and/or shopping lists of the exact items that will be perfect for you to help pull together the right decorative look for you and your family. It might be a picture grouping or updated artwork that you need or just the right direction on the perfect rug – all things that can feel really overwhelming on your own, but armed with your Style Prescription – you’ll have what you need to succeed. And if you don’t want to do the shopping yourself – then I can do the shopping for you. The consultation gives us the plan and then together, we figure out the best, most cost effective way to implement it. The consultation usually takes us 1-2 hours to complete.

HOME STAGING
First impressions are everything when putting a home on the
market. You often have seconds before potential buyers form
opinions about whether this is a property worth considering.
90% of buyers CANNOT see or imagine a space different from
how you present it for sale – so you want to make sure that
what they see is a home they can move right into.
Staging is NOT expensive and is significantly less expensive
than a price reduction when your house doesn’t sell. After
all, if you put your home for sale, the faster it sells, the
quicker you get your money and can move on with your plans.
The best time to stage is BEFORE you list the home.
We provide a variety of staging services from a consultation
and checklist to staging select rooms, to whole house
staging for both owner-occupied and vacant homes. We also
offer open house preparation and photo staging. Remember,

Do you wish you could stay on top of the incoming mail,
kids’ homework assignment & papers or get out of the house

manage your home better – create a landing spot when you
arrive home, an outgoing system, etc…

space within your home.

designing “Mom Command Central” locations so you can more
easily stay on top of running the business of your
household.
We’ve also worked together to help create the much needed
“landing spot” within the home – we help you and your family
get and stay organized!
